can be resolved without site
visits. They also receive priority
over non contract clients for
emergency call outs. This service
is more reactive than proactive.
On
Site Software Support Contract
Our
on site software support contract
includes unlimited site call
outs for operating system and
application software issues.
It also includes full telephone
support, preventative maintenance
visits and a complete system
overhaul of contracted equipment
including updates, patches
and hardware tests.
This service offers peace
of mind that whenever you have
a problem, help is at hand
for a fixed annual fee. It
includes a guaranteed call
out time of 4 or 8 hours of
your call being placed.
If you have a problem that is
hardware related we will advise
you on the best repair route
and possible costs in getting
you back up and running.
Comprehensive
Computer Support Package
In
addition to on site software
support we can also repair your
hardware if it malfunctions.
This service includes all of
the on site software support
contract features along with
full repair at your workplace
of any hardware faults where
possible and part replacement
and installation. All labour
and delivery charges are included
and temporary workstations will
be supplied if repairs cannot
be carried out there and then.
